   AIRLINE TICKETS:
   Upon confirmation of flight reservations, SILVER PHOENIX TRAVEL SERVICES will send the flight itinerary (schedule
  and total charges) and the unique reservation number to the passenger through email or fax.  See Modes of  
  Payment.

  HOTEL/RESORT RESERVATIONS:
  SILVER PHOENIX TRAVEL SERVICES will send the hotel/resort confirmation details containing the following:
  ●  summary of all the charges
  ●  an Option Date (Due Date/Deadline of Payment)  to settle the guest's total charges

  Please see Modes of Payment.  Failure to meet the Option Date would mean automatic cancellation of the
  booking. A Hotel/Resort Voucher will be issued through email, fax or personally after payment.

  ASIAN PACKAGES RESERVATION ONLY:
  Please refer to mode of payment found in the Rates page of each prepaid hotel. See Modes of Payment for
  more information. A Hotel Voucher will be issued through email, fax or personally upon payment.
