HOW TO GET THERE
The province of Palawan being an island is accessible by air and boat from
Manila, Iloilo & Cebu. It is approximately 55 minutes by air from
Manila, 1 hour and 55 minutes from Cebu.

Via Sea
Ferries, i.e. Superferry, Negros Navigation, M/V Milagrosa, San Nicolas
Shipping Lines, Atienza Shipping Lines, service several ports in
Palawan. Those leaving Manila travel 12 hours from Manila-Coron, and 20
hours from Manila-Puerto Princesa. Puerto Princesa to Iloilo take 26
hours; Puerto Princesa to Cuyo, 23 hours; Cuyo to Iloilo, 14 hours. San
Nicolas Shipping Lines have cover the Manila to Coron, and El Nido to Coron
routes.
Via Land
Travel
within the city proper is usually by tricycles and multicabs. Traveling to
different point of destinations in the province is by public utility transport
like jeepneys, shuttle vans and buses, motorized bancas or pumpboats; and for
convenience, motorcycle and other four-wheel drives are available for
hire/rent.|
Terminals of public utility buses, shuttles and jeepneys are located at the new
public market, San Jose, Puerto Princesa City.
